In a world of smartphones, tablets, and video games, our goal is to introduce youth to a variety of fun ways to live active lifestyles. An active child is more likely to stay active throughout their lifespan, which can lead to a life free of preventable diseases when paired with healthy eating habits.
Our fitness program provides the opportunity for youth to build stamina, increase strength, improve coordination, and maintain a healthy weight. Certified exercise instructors will lead youth through age appropriate fitness activities such as body weight strength training, running, hiking, biking, fitness challenges and obstacle courses. We create a fun and friendly environment for youth to ensure they have a positive experience. We keep the youth engaged through Wellness clubs, challenges, nutrition, cooking classes, and much more.
Assessment of early purpose driven gifts and talents are important to identify at an early age. If the youth can discover what they can naturally excel in, we can help direct their path long term. We believe giving the youth access to tools, programs, and more that allow them the opportunity to tap into a world they may not have ever known otherwise. Through educational programming like STEM, and creative program through the Arts (drawing, painting, photography, poetry, creative writing, music, film and more) we give youth an opportunity to discover what they will gravitate to long term. The hope is that this will translate over into adult life as engineers, artist, scientist and array of purpose driven passions for are youth and their future.
Our sports program provides youth the opportunity to improve their athletic abilities and fitness level while instilling a mindset to tackle any of life’s challenges. Through sports we teach our youth discipline, teamwork, and leadership. From youth with serious sports ambition to youth at the starting blocks, our program will provide sports specific training, coaching and student-athlete preparation.
